K2 Managment Workshop – Key steps to successfully develop and deliver modern low-cost offshore wind farms

This workshop will summarise the key steps which need to be taken to successfully deliver a large scale and low-cost modern offshore wind farm, and how to successfully approach and balance the risks and opportunities during each stage, from initial feasibility through to commencing operations. We will draw on recent and direct experience in developing, engineering and constructing offshore wind farms in Europe and the Far East, and also our experience in supporting the investors and lenders which are critical to supporting the ongoing growth of the sector.
